Acquiring an in-depth understanding of security solutions from various manufacturers, enabling you to offer specialized expertise and guidance to customers.

1-2 years of relevant experience in System/IT.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and internal teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Prior experience in customer service, demonstrating your ability to provide top-notch support and build positive relationships.

The ability to perform well under pressure and meet demanding deadlines, ensuring seamless support even during challenging situations.

English skills both written and verbal.

Experience working in a large organization - Advantage.
