Develop and implement an SEO roadmap: Plan and execute strategies to improve search engine visibility and drive organic growth.

Align SEO with business goals: Maintain overall alignment between SEO efforts, business objectives, and broader marketing strategies.

Track and analyze performance: Define and monitor key metrics like conversation rate, click rate, bounce rate, and rankings to assess success and identify improvement areas.

Resolve SEO issues: Conduct audits, identify technical challenges, and work with developers to implement solutions.

Oversee content relevance: Collaborate with content teams to ensure keyword optimization and user-centric strategies.

Design link-building and keyword strategies: Build scalable outreach programs and discover high-value keyword opportunities.

At least 3 years of hands-on SEO experience in a SaaS, tech, or fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of technical SEO, including proficiency with tools like WordPress, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and GA4.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with global teams and manage external agencies.

Analytical mindset, with experience interpreting data and providing actionable insights.

Familiarity with optimizing for AI platforms, including chatbots, AI snippets, and voice search.



Preferred Qualifications..

Experience managing SEO for community platforms or user-generated content websites.

Prior experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.

Knowledge of global SEO best practices.
