Drive strategy & innovation - Lead the adoption of AI-powered tools and scalable workflows that enhance content quality and efficiency across products and teams.
Lead & mentor - Support and guide a growing team of UX writers, offering feedback and thought partnership to elevate writing craft and cross-team collaboration.
Establish systems & standards - Create and maintain style guides, terminology systems, and content governance frameworks.
Collaborate cross-functionally - Work closely with designers, PMs, engineers, and product marketers to shape intuitive and cohesive product experiences.
Own product expertise - Develop a deep understanding of the products and users, and ensure content decisions are grounded in product goals and user behavior.
Use data to improve - Leverage research, experimentation, and analytics to evaluate and continuously improve content.
