We are seeking a SaaS Buyer to oversee end-to-end SaaS management and IT purchasing. This role is responsible for handling SaaS requests, optimizing software usage, and ensuring efficient procurement of IT hardware. The ideal candidate will focus on cost control, compliance, and strategic purchasing to enhance IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

SaaS Procurement & Management:
Manage the full SaaS procurement lifecycle, from new requests to renewals and cost tracking.

Ensure optimal license utilization, software consolidation, and budget alignment.

Maintain compliance with IT security, legal, and regulatory requirements for SaaS applications.

Work closely with IT teams to align software solutions with business needs and technology roadmaps.

IT Hardware Procurement & Asset Management:
Oversee IT purchasing for laptops, desktops, peripherals, and infrastructure hardware.

Ensure efficient inventory tracking, lifecycle management, and demand forecasting.

Maintain purchasing best practices to align with IT and financial policies.

Cost Optimization & Compliance:
Analyze SaaS and IT hardware spending to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Ensure all procurement follows corporate policies, budgets, and IT governance.

Partner with Finance to track spending trends and optimize purchasing decisions.
