Assist our CEO with personal and day-to-day needs
Track tasks and follow up on action items to ensure execution
Support executive team members with administrative and logistical tasks
Help coordinate personal errands and scheduling as needed
Maintain ongoing communication while ensuring discretion and confidentiality
Manage executive offsites in Israel and abroad

דרישות התפקיד

Ability to work full time in our TLV office (9 am to 18 pm)
Flexibility to work beyond regular hours and be available on weekends if needed
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English (written and verbal)
Proficiency in office tools, such as Google Calendar and apps
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
High level of professionalism, discretion, and work ethics
Positive, proactive, and service-oriented personality
