Position Overview
We are seeking an Industrial and Management Engineer with a specialization in software to join our team. The role involves implementing a production floor management system in the company's factories, utilizing engineering expertise in the software domain. This position bridges the gap between the factories and the development headquarters, encompassing requirements gathering, training, and operational problem-solving. Representing the MES department in the factories and performing software tests are integral parts of the role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Implementation of a Production Floor Management System – Lead the implementation process of a production floor management system in the company's factories, including planning, execution, and monitoring project progress.

2. Liaison between Factories and Development Headquarters – Serve as the central point of contact between the factories and the development headquarters, ensuring effective communication and fruitful collaboration.

3. Gathering Requirements from Factories – Collect and analyze requirements from the factories for the purpose of developing and improving systems, understanding the unique needs and challenges of each factory.

4. Training – Conduct training sessions for end-users in the factories on the new systems, including preparing training materials and providing ongoing support.

5. Product Development Support and Operational Problem Solving – Collaborate with development teams at headquarters, support the product development process, solve operational issues, and provide feedback to development teams.

6. MES Department Representative in Company Factories – Act as the MES department representative in the company's factories, including conducting software tests and providing feedback to development teams at headquarters.

7. Documentation Writing – Prepare comprehensive ation to support system implementation, training, and ongoing operations.
