As a Manager, Talent Acquisition on the Talent Acquisition team in our Tel Aviv Office, you’ll play a vital role in leading our recruitment efforts in Israel and for our Global Tech organization. You’ll manage a team of TA Partners in Israel and collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across the company. This is a key role within our Global HR team, reporting to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition.

At least 5-7 years of experience in E2E recruitment from global tech companies
At least 3-5 years’ experience in managing a Talent Acquisition team
Proven experience in a fast-growing and global organization
Strong understanding of the tech industry and current talent landscape: This includes knowledge of emerging technologies, in-demand skills, and competitive compensation trends
A data-driven approach to optimizing and improving the recruitment process, with the ability to analyze talent acquisition data and provide key insights and recommendations.
Excellent stakeholder management skills: Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and HR partner
Experience with various sourcing strategies and recruitment tools: Familiarity with a variety of sourcing channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Github, Stack Overflow) and experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
A creative, resourceful and problem solver to the business
An ability to influence and secure buy in for Talent led initiatives
