What You’ll Do
Own our learning platforms - Drive impactful learning experiences - Oversee our learning platforms (LMS and beyond) to deliver seamless, engaging, and scalable learning journeys.
Partner across the org – Partner with departments to unlock learning needs – Work closely with business units to identify development priorities and co-create learning initiatives that support their goals and strategies.
Foster a culture of skill-based development – Help embed skill frameworks that empower people to navigate their growth, mobility, and career progression with clarity and purpose
Enable skill-based growth –Shape the future of AI learning – Champion the learning agenda of our AI transformation by equipping teams with the knowledge and confidence to innovate with AI—through solutions designed for various formats, from hands-on workshops to online resources.
Design and deliver business-critical learning – Lead the creation and rollout of high-impact programs that transfer essential knowledge, processes, and practices—leveraging the most effective delivery methods for each audience.
Collaborate with top-tier external partners – Source, manage, and partner with industry-leading providers to bring fresh perspectives and deliver best-in-class learning experiences aligned with our needs and culture.

Who You Are:
Strategic and creative thinker with 5+ years of L&D experience (global experience is a plus)
Strong communicator and collaborator who can lead and impact
Experienced in leading and maximizing the use and effectiveness of diverse learning systems
Proven experience managing global learning programs end-to-end
Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines
Curious, tech-savvy, and passionate about leading employee growth
