What we’re looking for: We are looking for an excellent Fraud Analyst who’s eager to work in a dynamic environment, has very good personal engagement skills, will never take no for an answer, is good at gathering and processing data and has the ability to improve and help grow our business globally. If you are up to the challenge, this is the job for you. The role Use exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to make outgoing calls regarding our platform and solution process. Responsibility for activities related to the onboarding of international entities to our platform. You will help our clients manage their business using our solution, which could include troubleshooting and probing to resolve payments issues. Independent management and execution of core customer related processes involving multiple tools, automation and control. Integrating and cross-referencing data from multiple systems and sources. Conducting online research. You will continually upgrade your knowledge and skills on payments, including federal and state compliance. Working independently with other groups in the company as well as external entities, including global customers and suppliers. Contribute to ongoing process improvement, leveraging international data sources and technological solutions.

Requirements At least one year of experience in a customer service environment Experience in the financial services / banking industry – Advantage Independent, with good planning, organizational, and time management skills. High EQ, Emotional Intelligence skills Ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner. Strong communication/interpersonal skills Advanced Excel skills.
