Key Responsibilities
Be the technical leader of 3-4 key large enterprise accounts: the client’s trusted advisor with every technical, account, and customization-related question.
Resolving technical issues relating to Check Point’s full-suite security architecture; handle firewall, VPN, end-point, cloud-based and scalable platform solutions.
Collaborate between the customer, development, sales engineering, and product team for key accounts and their product requirements.
Be instrumental in the software development lifecycle: testing hotfixes, examining new feature requests, building environment replications.
Provide product presentations, demonstrations and informal training; hold quarterly status meetings with senior security and networking department staff.

4+ years of experience with Technical Support or Customer-service oriented positions on the IT industry - mandatory.
Very good English skills (spoken and written) - mandatory.
Customer orientation & experience with direct face to face service
Thorough knowledge with Check Point products hands-on wise - a big advantage.
Familiar with Security products - an advantage.
Willingness to learn new technologies, self-learner
Experience with IP based networks, network design, and security products - an advantage.
Experience with several different operating systems: Unix- based, Windows platforms.
