We seek a strategic, creative, and results-driven Brand Marketing Associate Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that elevate our SodaStream brand in the appliances category. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Insights, Digital, etc.) to implement marketing campaigns, grow brand awareness, and enhance customer loyalty.

This role reports to the Appliances Global Category Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute brand strategies for the appliances category, aligning with business goals and customer insights.
Manage brand positioning, identity, and consistency across all touchpoints and marketing channels with a strong focus on E-commerce (D2C and Amazon).
Plan, execute, and measured integrated marketing campaigns (digital, traditional, content marketing, and events) to drive brand growth and product awareness.
Collaborate with the creative and digital teams to create compelling messaging, content, and visuals.
Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics, consumer insights, and feedback.
Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, trends, and the competitive landscape within the appliances industry.
Leverage customer data and analytics to inform marketing strategies and product development.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of brand marketing initiatives.
Utilize data to continuously refine marketing strategies, optimize spending, and improve ROI.
Develop and manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve strategic goals.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
5-8 years of brand marketing experience, with a strong background in consumer goods, home goods, or Agency.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, consumer insights, and market research.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent English. (Native speakers, advantage)
Experience managing budgets and timelines.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for innovation and growth.
Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and influence others.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
